• Suitable to make the punch dies or drawing dies which are complicated in shape and high in precision;
• Suitable to make the clid-work dies formed by linear cutting;
• Suitable high-speed punch head and cold forging dies;
• Suitable to make the blanking dies and punching dies with a thickness over 6mm..

6:Features

• Toughness is 1 times higher than SKD11 cold rolled sheel. If used for fabrication of complicated punch dies and drawing dies, the resistance to crack and edge breaking will be highly improved.
• After high-temperature tempering of the die under 520-530°c, the hardness may still reach 60-62HRC, so that the risk of crack caused by residual stress will be reduced for linear cutting dies.
• Suitable for surface hardening treatment for extended service life of the dies.
